“We were highly satisfied with the technical ownership and proactive support demonstrated by Mindray and its local service partner, Tanish. To minimize disruption to our laboratory workload, a standby benchtop chemistry analyzer was provided while the BS-600M issue was being resolved.”

Neuberg Diagnostics, headquartered in Chennai, is a leading diagnostic service provider with a strong international presence across India, the UAE, South Africa, and the United States. With more than 250 laboratories and over 30 million tests processed annually, the network supports more than 6,000 diagnostic assays and continues to expand into advanced fields such as AI-enabled rare disease management.

For a diagnostic network operating at this scale, expectations extend beyond the performance of an individual system. Service must understand complex operating conditions, coordinate expertise efficiently, and help laboratories maintain continuity under sustained workloads.

Stability Requirements in High-Demand Environments

In high-throughput laboratory environments, system stability is essential to maintaining consistent performance across the entire network. Any variation may affect not only the efficiency of an individual laboratory, but also coordination across multiple sites.

During routine use of a BS-series chemistry analyzer, the laboratory observed a series of interconnected operating behaviors that gradually affected its sample-processing workflow. As the assessment progressed, the situation involved multiple system dimensions, requiring deeper analysis rather than isolated troubleshooting.

With the laboratory’s workload under pressure, two priorities became clear: maintaining testing continuity and establishing a reliable path toward stable operation.

Coordinated Expertise, Structured Around Operational Needs

Rather than relying on isolated troubleshooting, the response followed a structured validation and resolution pathway. On-site service, remote diagnostics, and expert support were coordinated to analyze the issue layer by layer, ensuring a controlled and reliable resolution process.

Following the successful stabilization of the system, the customer’s confidence in both the solution and the supporting service network was reinforced. The positive experience led Neuberg to further recommend Mindray solutions within its internal network, contributing to additional deployments at newly established branches.

For the laboratory, this experience represented more than restoring normal operation. It demonstrated the importance of a structured, reliable approach to managing complexity. In high-throughput laboratory environments, system reliability is built through coordinated expertise, rigorous validation, and continuous support, enabling laboratories to maintain confidence in their operations and focus on delivering dependable diagnostic services.
