For operations outside of China, Mindray has contracted with a third party vendor to provide a "whistle blower hotline” of operations. These telephone lines are dedicated, toll-free phone lines that are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is operated by an external third-party vendor that has trained professionals to take your calls, in confidence and in your language, and report your concerns to Mindray.
