Mindray Shenzhen Training Center boasts five practical training bases with a total area of 1,000 sqm, capable of accommodating up to 200 people simultaneously. The center is equipped with over 500 training demo units covering mainstream models, and features 9 hands-on training classrooms and 1 live-streaming classroom, supporting more than 500 people for hands-on training at the same time. Through a digital one-stop platform, end-to-end closed-loop management is achieved, ensuring the efficient operation of the entire process management system. In terms of courses and instructors, courses are managed in multiple dimensions, with over 1,000 product and technical courses available. Instructors undergo multiple rounds of assessments, are certified to start work, and enter classes with certified courses, ensuring training quality.
