The World Congress on Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering (WC2012) takes place every three years and was held in Beijing, China from May 26th – 31st, 2012. It is hosted by the International Union of Physical and Engineering Sciences in Medicine (IUPESM), which is the peak organization for the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFMBE) and the International Organization for Medical Physics (IOMP).
