In an era of rapid advancements in medical technology, clinical engineering teams serve as the invisible backbone that ensures the efficient operation of healthcare systems and drives clinical innovation.
To harness global wisdom and showcase the transformative impact of our field, the 6th China International Clinical Engineering Forum (ICEF) is proud to launch a global call for submissions to A Collection of Global Star Clinical Engineering Stories.We sincerely invite clinical engineers, technical managers, and innovative practitioners from around the world to share your team’s outstanding achievements and inspiring journeys. Let us amplify the voice of clinical engineering and ensure it is heard across the globe.
Below are the details of the submissions we welcome:
1. Submission requirements
Submissions should be in the format of "Document + Video" (video is optional and intended to complement the written document). Each submission must include the following core components:

| Hospital and Department Profile | Hospital positioning, scale, and characteristics; clinical engineering department structure, staff composition, and service scope |
| Excellent Management Practice | Department-specific management systems, such as: full lifecycle management of medical devices, emergency response mechanism, cross-departmental collaboration models |
| Breakthrough Work Achievements | Major technical projects from the past three years, such as independent operation and maintenance of high-precision equipment, clinical customized solutions, and cost optimization projects |
| Growth Story and Humanistic Light | Key team or individual growth experiences, crisis-resolution wisdom, and the sense of mission and values that drive industry progress |
2. Format Description
Main document: Word or PDF format (bilingual Chinese-English submission is preferred); approximately 5,000 words, with text and images.
Supporting video: MP4 format, ≤5 minutes (may include work scenes, technical operations, or team interviews).
3. Benefits for Selected Submissions
Global Distribution: The story collection will be published in both Chinese and English, launched at the 6th ICEF, and shared with representatives from over 100 countries.
Forum Exposure: Selected teams may be invited to deliver keynote speeches at the main forum or sub-forums of the 6th ICEF.
Authoritative Certification: The "Global Star Medical Team" honorary certificate and commemorative medal will be awarded by the 6th ICEF.
Industry Empowerment: The story collection will be submitted to GCEA and IFMBE for reference.

Submission Deadline: September 10, 2025
Forum Release:
- October 1, 2025 (IUPESM World Congress, Adelaide, Australia);
- October 18, 2025 (6th ICEF, Shenzhen, China)
