Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, Mindray has more than 50 overseas subsidiaries in nearly 40 countries in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and other regions, and has 21 subsidiaries and nearly 30 branches in China. Mindray also has established R&D innovation platform based on global resource allocation, with 10 R&D centers located in Shenzhen, Wuhan, Nanjing, Beijing, Xi'an, Chengdu, Silicon Valley, New Jersey, Seattle and Europe, forming a sound global R&D, marketing and service network.


Since founded, Mindray has deeply cultivated medical devices markets and continuously expanded product lines and regions through organic development and external expansion. Mindray has experienced the development process of expanding from a single-product line to a multi-product line, from the domestic market to the global market, and from low-end products to high-end products. Mindray's products currently cover three main areas, namely Patient Monitoring and Life Support, In-Vitro Diagnostics and Medical Imaging System. Mindray's products and solutions have been applied to more than 190 countries and regions around the world. In the domestic market, Mindray's products cover nearly 110,000 medical institutions and more than 99% top tier hospitals in China, including the nationally renowned Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, etc.
