As I take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey of the past three and a half years with Mindray, I am
filled with a deep sense of gratitude and pride for the transformative experiences that have shaped my
professional trajectory.
Joining Mindray signified not just a professional transition but a commitment to innovation, excellence, and
a shared vision for advancing healthcare. Mindray's dedication to cutting-edge technology, coupled with its
relentless pursuit of improving patient outcomes, aligned seamlessly with my professional aspirations.
A Journey of Growth and Empowerment
My adventure at Mindray began as a Product Manager for Haematology, where I was
entrusted with the responsibility of contributing to the innovation and success of our haematology product
line. It was an enriching phase where I not only delved into the intricacies of product development but also
had the privilege of collaborating with a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of healthcare technology.
As the Product Manager for Haematology, I embraced challenges, learned from setbacks, and celebrated
successes, laying the groundwork
for the next chapter in my Mindray journey. As a testament to the company's commitment to recognizing talent and nurturing potential, I am thrilled to share that I have now assumed the role of National Marketing Manager - IVD. This transition marks not just a change in title but a broader evolution in my responsibilities and scope. As National Marketing Manager - IVD, I am excited to bring my insights from the haematology domain to the broader landscape of In-Vitro Diagnostics, contributing to Mindray's overarching mission of transforming healthcare through innovation.

During the Product Launch of the BC-700 Series (a new entrant in the Haematology family) the emphasis on research and development, coupled with a customer-centric approach, offered me an invaluable backdrop for both personal and professional development.
