Meet Ms. Shivangi Trivedi, Sr. Clinical Application Manager, Mindray India a shining example of Mindray's commitment to its people.
A journey of Innovation & impact
Driven by a passion for healthcare, I began my journey at Mindray India as an Ultrasound Application Specialist. My role allowed me to gain valuable insights into the changing ultrasound market landscape, different segments, and emerging niche applications.
Supported and guided by my managers, I endeavoured to bridge the gap between customer expectations and the innovative solutions Mindray offers. I studied the growth of the ultrasound market into different segments and the development of many niche markets based on specific applications. Mindray, acknowledging these efforts, presented me with an opportunity to lead the All-India UIS Application Team.
I deeply appreciate Mindray's unwavering support, particularly during my pre- and post-maternity period. Their commitment to flexibility allowed me to seamlessly balance professional and personal responsibilities, reflecting their dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Growth within a supportive environment
I am a testament to the transformative power of an environment that empowers, encourages, and celebrates its people. Mindray has not just been a workplace; it has been a foundation for my growth, a source of unwavering support, and a community that shares my passion for making a difference.
