A Journey of Growth and Empowerment
I joined Mindray India around 11 years back as Application Manager, Patient Monitoring & Life Support Dept. for Northern and Eastern regions. Back then, I never imagined that this association would be so incredible, offering invaluable learning experiences, supporting personal and professional growth, and fostering a deep sense of respect.
My journey as a Clinical Application Manager in the Northern and Eastern regions provided a foundation for managing the all-India clinical applications team. This broadened my perspective, helping me gain diverse insights into customer behaviour, team dynamics, and the competitive market landscape.
In line with the organization's policy of talent empowerment, I was entrusted with managing a product line. This experience proved deeply impactful for both me and the product fostering significant learning & growth.
Growth within a supportive environment
Going through several successes and learnings, my journey continues as it started yesterday with the same enthusiasm and zeal to grow and achieve success. The last two years as Deputy Director - PMLS & SU have been a continuous learning experience and I feel deeply engaged in the role.
Mindray culture promotes behaviour that fosters the growth of the organization as well as self-growth. This has been one of the key factors contributing to my wonderful journey across various profiles and learnings. I sincerely appreciate Mindray’s culture and core values which drive each of us towards excellence while balancing our responsibilities to our families and society.
