Product Manager - Patient Monitors, Mindray India
Meet Ms. Nandini Shukla, Product Manager - Patient Monitors, Mindray India, one of our women employees who has made remarkable strides in her career at Mindray India. Let’s delve into her inspiring story as she talks about her journey at Mindray India.
A Journey of Growth and Empowerment
I joined Mindray’s PMLS Team 7 years back as Asst. Marketing Manager with more than five years of experience in Clinical Application, Marketing, Event & Brand Management. I started my career in Customer Engagement & Education and partnered with doctors, technical experts, and salespeople to effectively position products, solutions, and services across India.
I have delivered comprehensive training programs, ranging from basic product usage to complex consultations, to maximize customer understanding and value and leveraged healthcare IT expertise (electronic charting, HL7 interfaces) to provide nationwide support and enhance user experiences in many projects. Mindray appreciated my efforts and offered me an opportunity to manage a critical care equipment portfolio, including ECGs, defibrillators, patient monitors, and healthcare IT solutions.
Leading in healthcare, especially in areas like patient monitoring and connectivity solutions, involves ensuring that technologies are effectively integrated into patient care to improve outcomes and streamline processes. Seeing a lack of women in leadership roles has fuelled my determination to break barriers and create opportunities for women in the field of Medical Devices.
Growth within a supportive environment
My passion for patient monitoring and connectivity solutions likely stems from a desire to leverage technology to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. It demonstrates our commitment to advancing healthcare technology and promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry.
I will keep striving for excellence and paving the way for future generations of women leaders in healthcare!
