What infrastructural challenges need to be addressed to facilitate the digitization of healthcare?
One key challenge is ensuring an adequate number of skilled healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. With a sufficient workforce in place, the quality of healthcare delivered to these regions will significantly improve. We draw inspiration from China's rapid expansion efforts, which enabled us to construct 200-bed ICUs to manage the surge in patients during the pandemic.
