Mindray has donated a new top of the line Anesthesia Machine, WATO EX-65; Patient Monitor, BeneViewT8 and Hand-Carried Color Doppler Diagnostic Ultrasound System, M7, to the Hope Charity Hospital (Maria’s Big House of Hope), in Luoyang, China. With the donated products and the assistance of Mindray’s marketing and service personnel, doctors there successfully performed their first anoplasty surgery on November 7th, 2011.
From November 7th to 13th, the Mending Kids International sent a surgeon and health care team to help the children for complicated surgery, together with all the necessary staff from the USA. During these days, 9 children, who are around 13-15 months old, were operated surgeries with this professional health care team.
“Maria’s Big House of Hope saw its first anoplasty surgery under the skilled hands of the Mending Kids group from Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California, USA.” said Steve Martin, attending physician from the New Hope Foundation, “We also sincerely thank Mindray for their generous donation of a new top of the line anesthesia machine and ultrasound. These first cases were performed using this new anesthesia machine and monitor.”
