Mindray Medical International Limited, a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices worldwide, is displaying its latest innovations at MEDICA 2015 in Düsseldorf, Germany, from November 16 to 19. Being the world’s largest medical trade fair, MEDICA attracts over 4,800 exhibitors from around the world and around 130,000 specialist visitors from 120 countries every year.
“For 15 years Mindray has been an active participant in MEDICA, and we value this excellent platform for sharing innovation and ideas in the development of medical devices,” said David Yin, Mindray’s General Manager of International Sales and Marketing. “This year, we are presenting an expanded portfolio of products across all of our key business lines.”
One of Mindray's star exhibits is the BeneVision N22, the world’s first rotatable bedside patient monitor. This revolutionary model is designed to optimize user experience with an extra-large touchscreen, a rotatable landscape with portrait layouts, an ultra slim profile, and plug-and-play modules. BeneVision N22 also features cutting-edge measurements such as INVOS rSO2, ICG, PiCCO, AG, RM, BIS, NMT and support tools such as HemoSight™ and ST Graphic™ to help enhance diagnostic confidence. The iView clinical informatics workstation and BeneLink platform improve the efficiency of information flow. At the Mindray booth, we also exhibit our high-end operating tables HyBase 8300/8500 and the new-generation digital OR solutions.
Visitors can check out our CL-1000i Chemiluminescence Immunoassay System, Mindray's latest In-Vitro Diagnostics innovation, at Hall 2 Booth C07. CL-1000i is a state-of-the-art benchtop system for immunoassay tests with enhanced enzymatic chemiluminescence technology. With a throughput of 120 tests per hour, this system provides a large reagent and sample capacity, reliable performance and a user-friendly operation interface. Simple yet robust, CL-1000i is well-suited for small and mid-sized laboratories.
The first day of MEDICA 2015 also witnessed the launch of Mindray's two brand-new medical imaging systems. The unveiling of the Resona 7 Diagnostic Ultrasound System attracted great attention from the audience. "Resona 7 is a premium system designed to meet the demanding challenges in clinicians’ daily diagnosis and researching interests," commented Sarah Li, Mindray's General Manager of Medical Imaging System Business Unit. "As a result of the cross-Pacific cooperation between Mindray and Zonare (a Mindray company), Resona 7 has kick-started a new era for Mindray’s ultrasound business." Powered by the revolutionary ZONE Sonography®Technology, Resona 7’s new ZST+ platform brings image quality to a higher level with zone acquisition and channel data processing. Resona 7 also provides useful tools for clinical research, such as V Flow for vascular hemodynamics evaluation and Smart Planes™, which allows for intelligent plane acquisition from a 3D dataset for fetal central nervous system diagnosis.
Also launched was the MobiEye 700 Mobile Digital Radiography System, which impressed visitors with its prolonged power and intelligent mobility. A fully charged MobiEye 700 can expose up to 700 times, drive 70 kilometers, and operate for seven days. Its unique bionic manipulator provides maximum clinical coverage. With its zero dead-angle rotation capability, the system is suitable for handling the complex hospital environment.
