Mindray Medical France participates in French Enterprise Management Culture and Experience Sharing Forum

On November 28th, over 120 entrepreneurs and representatives participated in the event, including leaders from CCIP, AECF and the Chinese Embassy in France.

The forum was hosted by the Association des Entreprises de Chine en France (AECF) and the Chamber de Commerce et Industrie de Paris (CCIP) (Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Its aim was to improve communication between different cultures that enterprises need to or could have to deal with, and also to promote better cooperation and business among all the Chinese companies in France.

The Minister Counselor of Chinese Embassy in France, Mr. WuXilin delivered an enthusiastic speech, introducing the present economic cooperation between France and China. He also emphasized the great importance of expanding two-way investment policies and trade laws, to encourage enterprises in both countries to further improve business.

Also in attendance were entrepreneurs and representatives from ZTE Corporation, Huawei, Schneider Electric, and many others. The General Manager of Mindray Medical France, Mr. Christophe Papillon, shared with them his own experience during the forum, pointing out the significance of communications and localization in managing a company with different cultural backgrounds and detailing how to work with colleagues from various cultures successfully.
