Mindray India, one of the leading providers of medical devices and solutions, was bestowed with the award for " Dream Companies to Work For "under the category “Best HR practice in Healthcare” by World HRD Congress & Awards organized by Times Ascent at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 16 Feb 2023.

World HRD Congress Awards is one of the most significant HR events in the world, and the award is an excellent recognition for individuals and teams who strive towards HR excellence. The award aims to enhance HR technology and best practices in all organizations.  It recognizes innovative HR practices that uplift organizations, stakeholders, and society. The award categories include HR leadership awards, women leadership awards, knowledge management awards, etc. 

 

The award is a testimony to Mindray’s commitment to its employees.  We began its operations in India in 2006, and ever since its establishment, Mindray has been able to build a culture that is driven by commitment, ingenuity, and integrity. We strive to create a positive environment where our employees can hone their skills and grow. We provide a plethora of opportunities for our employees to showcase their talent and correct resources to steer them through all types of tasks. As a result, the size of our employees has grown consistently many folds since 2006, and the attrition rate at Mindray is the lowest in the industry.
