Robbert Pellegrom
I joined Mindray Netherlands as field service engineer Benelux in 2008. My daily job consists of customer and distributor support, repairs and maintenance (on site as well as in the office), sales support and providing service training to direct customers and distributors.

Because of the big variety of tasks as well as the growing Mindray portfolio, everyday is different and challenging. The great flexibility and cooperation of the different teams and colleagues in the office and in the field makes that we can provide great customer support. This also contributes in a very nice working environment.

Together with my colleagues from sales and service we are customer orientated to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

My contribution to Mindray resulted in being a high performance employee for 2012. This appreciation makes me even more committed and proud to work for Mindray.
