I joined Mindray Medical Indonesia (MRID) in June 2011, with only 11 staff worked in MRID. I was in charged in all admin area, also support logistic, finance & HR. On my first day I would never have imagined doing so much in such a short time, but what most important is that it gave me great chance to learn & develop in the company.

In 2015, the company gave opportunity for me to be the Operation Manager that will be responsible in all area of admin, logistic, & business support. Though I have involved in this area before, still it was a big challenge for me. Luckily I got team members that professional, experienced and committed with their responsibility. They always been supportive & we can work together very well to deliver best service to our internal & external customers, and to provide operation platform that meet business requirement. The result is, on 2016 most of our team members were honored with title Quarter & Annual Best Employees, and I was honored with the title as Best Manager. It makes me feel so proud of our achievement & it keeps motivate us to be more committed & contributed to the company.

I feel grateful to be part of MRID and Mindray big family.
