When I graduated from the university, I flied thousands of kilometers to Shenzhen, just for a not so well known company Mindray at that time. It attracted me firstly because my major is biomedical engineering. More important thing is that I strongly believe it is the destiny of young man at my age to accelerate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Thus I chose a fast developing Chinese company, to help the Chinese enterprise to better internationalize. From the moment I joined Mindray 6 years ago, until now the work has never been easy, because I face challenge and I seek for challenge always. Also there were two years “dark ages”, because of the pressure from both family and job. Maybe everyone have such time that you feel hopeless, as you think you have made enough efforts, but without return. I stayed here and continued, not for anyone, but for myself as I know Mindray can provide a quite a good platform to develop myself. Also there is one saying goes “there is no company which is like heaven, neither are you the angel”. Although hard, but working in Mindray is fruitful and happy from deep of the heart. By the age of twenty eight, I have travelled to a lot of courtiers, not only in the developing countries in Asia, Africa, but also the developed courtiers in Europe. I have visited quite a lot of various customers, from the primary laboratory, to the core laboratory, who are benefiting from Mindray IVD instruments. Such experience encourages me to strive for the future, and let me feel just like in the movie “A step closer”, which saying that, “You may not realize that, you are doing a great job, every day…”
